If your first response to correction is anger, then pride may be at work.
If you constantly frown or become defensive whenever you are corrected, it is a pride problem.
If it takes you a long time to accept simple correction, that is also pride speaking.
If your spouse cannot correct you without you taking offense, arguing, or starting a quarrel, then your pride is already supercharged.
One of the greatest dangers of pride and arrogance is that the person carrying it often does not realize it. Yet, God always resists the proud and gives grace to the humble.
Learn to accept correction with humility. Correction is not always an attack; many times, it is a pathway to growth, wisdom, and preservation.
